I know life does not always go as planned. Sometimes we need to talk to someone. When we need medical help, we see a medical doctor. When our mind and heart hurt and we need help untangling our thoughts and feelings, we find a therapist. I am here with you as we find sources of pain, learn skills to help, and build a life worth living. I am a Master’s level student in Social Work at Michigan State University and I have training in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and experience treating depression, anxiety, and trauma. Together we can untangle the weave of thoughts, feelings, hopes, and dreams that you experience and find a path forward that is right for you.
